Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Learn Quran Easy offers a three-day free trial for new students. There is no charge for the trial period.

After the trial ends, the student is free to decide whether to continue with regular classes. No payment is required if the student decides not to continue.

If the student chooses to continue, regular classes may begin after the student decides to continue. The student is not required to make an advance payment before continuing unless otherwise agreed.

2. Regular Monthly Payments

Our normal payment arrangement is based on monthly classes rather than requiring advance payment.

Monthly fees are generally calculated according to the classes provided during the relevant month. Payment for the previous month should normally be made between the 1st and 5th day of the following month.

Students who choose to pay in advance may do so, subject to the arrangements agreed with the Academy.

3. Payment Before Classes Begin

If a student has made a payment before classes begin and subsequently decides not to start the classes, the paid amount may be refunded, subject to verification of the payment and refund request.

Since regular fees are normally collected after the relevant month, advance payments are handled according to the unused service period.

4. Dissatisfaction After Classes Begin

If a student or parent is not satisfied with the service after regular classes have started, they should inform Learn Quran Easy as soon as possible.

A refund may be considered when the student informs the Academy within approximately 15 days from the start of regular classes. The purpose of this period is to give the student enough time to understand the teaching arrangement and decide whether to continue.

Requests made after the student has completed a substantial portion of the month may be handled according to the applicable monthly and used-class calculation.

5. Leaving Classes During the Month

A student may discontinue classes during a month. However, the student or parent should inform the Academy in advance, preferably at least 15 days before leaving.

When appropriate notice is provided, the unused portion of a paid amount may be refunded after calculating the classes already used.

If a student suddenly stops attending without informing the Academy, the unused amount may not be refundable because the teacher’s scheduled time and teaching commitment may already have been reserved for the student.

6. Calculation of Used and Unused Classes

Where a partial refund is applicable, Learn Quran Easy may calculate the used portion of the monthly fee based on the number of classes provided during the relevant month.

For calculation purposes, a month generally contains approximately 18 classes, depending on the student’s selected schedule and the actual class arrangement.

The applicable fee may therefore be divided according to the relevant monthly class calculation, and the unused eligible amount may be considered for refund.

7. Student Absence

If a student misses a scheduled class while the teacher is available, the missed class is generally not refundable.

Make-up or rescheduled classes may sometimes be considered when the student provides advance notice or where there is a genuine reason, according to the Academy’s scheduling arrangements.

8. Advance Payments

If a student has paid for one or more months in advance and later discontinues the service, the Academy may refund the eligible unused amount after calculating any classes or services already used.

9. Teacher Availability or Teacher Change

If a teacher becomes unavailable, Learn Quran Easy may provide another suitable teacher where possible.

If an alternative teacher cannot be provided, or the student does not wish to continue with the available alternative and an appropriate solution cannot be reached, the eligible unused amount may be refunded.

10. Academy-Side Technical Problems

If a technical problem occurs on the Academy or teacher’s side and the scheduled class cannot be properly delivered, a make-up or rescheduled class may be offered.

Where an appropriate make-up or alternative arrangement cannot be provided, a refund may be considered if requested by the student or parent.

11. Student-Side Technical Problems

Technical problems caused by the student’s internet connection, device, software, electricity, or other equipment do not normally create an automatic right to a refund.

Depending on the circumstances and advance communication, a rescheduled or make-up class may sometimes be considered.

12. Behaviour, Non-Payment, or Serious Issues

Learn Quran Easy may end a student’s service in cases such as persistent disrespectful behaviour, serious misconduct, non-payment, or continued violation of Academy rules.

Where service is ended by the Academy, any eligible unused paid amount may be refunded after calculating the classes already provided and any applicable deductions.

13. Payment Errors

If a customer sends a payment to an incorrect bank account, number, recipient, or payment destination because of incorrect information supplied or entered by the customer, Learn Quran Easy will generally not be responsible for recovering or refunding that payment.

Customers are responsible for checking payment details carefully before completing a transfer.

14. Third-Party Transfer Charges

Students and parents are encouraged to use trusted and reliable payment or remittance providers.

Any charges, fees, deductions, delays, or processing costs imposed by a third-party payment or remittance provider may not be recoverable from Learn Quran Easy.

15. Currency Exchange and Refund Amount

International payments and refunds may be affected by the exchange rate used by the relevant payment or remittance provider.

Refunds may be processed according to the applicable currency and exchange rate available at the time the refund is made. The amount received by the customer may therefore differ from the original amount in their local currency because of exchange-rate changes or third-party processing.

16. Refund Methods

Refunds may be made through a mutually accepted and available payment method.

Depending on availability and the customer’s preference, this may include a trusted remittance service, Wise, cryptocurrency, or another mutually agreed method available to both parties.

The Academy will use reasonable efforts to select a practical refund method that is acceptable to the customer.

17. Refund Processing Time

Refund processing time depends on the payment method selected and the relevant provider.

Some payment methods may process refunds quickly, while remittance providers may take several business days. In cases involving remittance services, processing may take approximately 5–7 business days or longer depending on the provider.

18. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests may be submitted through WhatsApp or email.

The student or parent should provide sufficient information to allow the Academy to verify the request, including the student’s name, relevant parent or guardian information where applicable, payment date, and payment proof.

Learn Quran Easy will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

19. Duplicate Payments

If a customer accidentally makes the same payment twice, the extra payment may either be refunded upon request or, with the customer’s agreement, applied toward a future month’s fees.

20. Overpayments

If a customer pays more than the required amount, Learn Quran Easy may contact the customer to clarify the reason for the additional payment.

If the customer confirms that the additional amount was intentionally given as an extra voluntary payment or gift, the Academy may accept it. Otherwise, the excess amount may be returned to the customer.

21. No Automatic Refunds

Refunds are not automatic. Refund requests are reviewed manually according to the circumstances and the terms of this Refund Policy.

A refund will only be processed where the applicable conditions have been met or where Learn Quran Easy decides to approve an exceptional request.

22. Exceptional Circumstances

In genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances, Learn Quran Easy may consider a refund or another suitable arrangement on a case-by-case basis.

Such an exception does not automatically create a right to the same exception in another situation.

23. No Fixed Non-Refundable Service Charges

Learn Quran Easy does not currently apply a separate fixed non-refundable service charge. However, third-party payment or remittance fees, exchange-rate differences, or other external processing costs may not be recoverable.

24. Changes to This Refund Policy

Learn Quran Easy may update or change this Refund Policy in the future when necessary, including where new terms, conditions, payment arrangements, or service requirements apply.

Where material changes are made, the Academy will make reasonable efforts to inform students or parents as appropriate.
