1. About Learn Quran Easy

Learn Quran Easy provides online Quran learning services through live, one-to-one classes. Our services may include Quran reading, Noorani Qaida, Tajweed, memorization, Quran-related learning, and other learning options offered through our website and communicated to students or parents.

Classes are arranged according to the learner’s needs, preferred schedule, teacher availability, and the learning plan agreed upon with the parent, guardian, or adult student.

2. Three-Day Free Trial

Learn Quran Easy offers a three-day free trial so that a learner and their parent or guardian can experience our online Quran learning service before deciding whether to continue.

• The trial consists of classes provided over three days.
• The trial class is generally 30 minutes.
• The trial follows the same general teaching approach used for regular classes.
• There is no separate or different teaching system during the trial.
• A student is normally eligible for one three-day free trial only.
• A second free trial is not provided for the same student.
• After the trial, the parent, guardian, or adult student may decide whether to continue with regular classes.

Requesting or completing a free trial does not create an obligation to continue with paid classes.

3. Student Age and Learning Suitability

Learn Quran Easy welcomes learners of different ages. For young children, we generally recommend that the child be around four years of age or older and sufficiently aware and able to understand and participate in an online learning environment.

There is no fixed maximum age for adult or older learners. However, the learner should have sufficient mental awareness and ability to participate in the class and understand the teacher’s instructions.

Some learners may have individual educational or learning needs that require additional consideration. If a child has significant difficulties understanding or participating in a regular online Quran class, parents or guardians should contact us and provide relevant information before enrollment. We may then determine whether the available teaching arrangement is suitable for the learner.

4. Regular Classes

Regular Quran classes are generally 30 minutes per session. The standard schedule may be arranged from Monday to Friday or through a separate weekend plan for Saturday and Sunday.

Customized schedules may also be discussed where appropriate. For example, a learner may request a different lesson duration or additional weekend classes. A 60-minute weekend lesson or another customized arrangement may be possible depending on the learner’s needs and teacher availability.

Any customized schedule or lesson duration should be agreed upon before the schedule is finalized.

5. Class Scheduling and Teacher Availability

Class timings are arranged according to the learner’s preferred time and the availability of a suitable teacher.

A preferred time is not considered final until it has been discussed and confirmed with Learn Quran Easy.

Where necessary, an agreed class time may later be changed by discussion between the parent, student, and Learn Quran Easy, subject to teacher availability.

If the assigned teacher becomes unavailable, Learn Quran Easy may arrange a make-up class, reschedule the lesson, or provide another suitable teacher where possible.

6. Student Absence and Make-Up Classes

If a student cannot attend a scheduled class, the parent, guardian, or adult student should inform Learn Quran Easy in advance whenever possible.

When sufficient advance notice is provided, a make-up or rescheduled class may be arranged, subject to availability.

If a student misses a class without informing the academy in advance and the teacher is available and waiting for the student, the missed lesson will generally be considered used and may not be replaced with a make-up class.

Genuine emergencies may be considered separately and handled reasonably according to the circumstances.

7. Technical and Internet Issues

Students and parents are responsible for having a suitable device, a stable internet connection, and an appropriate environment for online classes.

If a class cannot take place because of an internet or technical problem on the student’s side, a make-up class will generally not be provided.

If the problem occurs on the teacher’s side or is caused by a technical or internet issue within the academy’s control, Learn Quran Easy will make reasonable arrangements for a make-up or replacement class.

8. Teacher Communication and Teacher Changes

Parents, guardians, and adult students may communicate with the teacher directly through WhatsApp when communication is related to classes, scheduling, learning, or other appropriate educational matters.

A parent or student may request a teacher change if they are not satisfied with the current teaching arrangement. Learn Quran Easy may consider the request and arrange another suitable teacher where possible.

Communication between teachers and students or parents should remain respectful and related to learning, classes, scheduling, or other appropriate academy matters.

9. Respectful Behaviour

Students, parents, guardians, and teachers are expected to communicate respectfully with one another.

Abusive, insulting, threatening, or seriously disrespectful behaviour toward a teacher or another person involved in the service is not acceptable.

Where inappropriate behaviour occurs, Learn Quran Easy may first inform the student or the parent/guardian and request that the behaviour stop. If the behaviour continues despite a warning, Learn Quran Easy may discontinue the student’s classes.

10. Fees and Payment

Regular class fees are generally paid monthly after the month of classes has been completed. Parents or students may also choose to pay in advance if they prefer, but advance payment is not mandatory.

The monthly fee is normally a fixed amount according to the applicable learning plan and location.

Fees may vary between countries or plans. Where appropriate, fees may be communicated in a suitable currency based on the applicable country or pricing arrangement.

Learn Quran Easy may review and adjust its fees from time to time, including annual fee adjustments. Parents or students will be informed before a new fee is applied to their classes.

11. Payment Methods

Learn Quran Easy does not currently use Stripe, PayPal, or an online card payment gateway through this website.

Payments may be made through bank transfer or trusted third-party remittance services available to the parent or student, such as applicable money-transfer services.

Parents and students are responsible for carefully checking payment details before sending money. If a payment is sent to an incorrect account, number, or recipient because incorrect payment information was used by the sender, the responsibility for correcting that transaction remains with the sender.

Any charges, delays, restrictions, or processing issues imposed by a third-party bank or remittance provider are outside the direct control of Learn Quran Easy.

Learn Quran Easy may request reasonable payment confirmation or proof of payment where necessary for record-keeping or confirmation purposes.

12. Cancellation of Classes

A parent, guardian, or adult student may choose to discontinue regular classes when necessary.

Where a student intends to permanently stop classes, providing reasonable advance notice is requested. Where possible, approximately seven to fifteen days’ notice should be provided so that the academy can plan teacher availability and offer the available place to another learner.

Cancellation and refund matters are subject to the Learn Quran Easy Refund Policy.

13. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the Learn Quran Easy Refund Policy.

If a parent or student has paid for classes but the classes have not started, a refund may be provided according to the applicable refund terms.

If a learner begins classes and is not satisfied with the service, the parent, guardian, or adult student should contact Learn Quran Easy as soon as possible. Where a refund is applicable, the relevant refund terms will be applied.

If Learn Quran Easy ends a student’s service, any applicable unused paid amount may be returned after considering the circumstances and any applicable deductions described in the Refund Policy.

14. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities

Parents and guardians are responsible for making appropriate decisions regarding the enrollment and participation of younger children.

Parents or guardians should provide a suitable environment for the child to attend online Quran classes. This includes, where reasonably possible:

• A quiet and suitable place for learning
• A reliable internet connection
• A suitable device for the online lesson
• Access to the required video and communication features
• Availability at the agreed class time

Parents and guardians are also expected to provide accurate information about the learner where that information is relevant to arranging suitable classes.

15. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to attend their classes on time, participate appropriately, follow the teacher’s instructions, and treat teachers and other participants respectfully.

Students should make reasonable efforts to remain focused during lessons and use the learning environment appropriately.

16. Website Content

Learn Quran Easy owns or is authorized to use the website’s branding, original written content, graphics, images, videos, course information, and other materials where applicable.

Visitors may view and use publicly available website information for personal and informational purposes. Website content should not be copied, reproduced, modified, redistributed, or commercially exploited without appropriate permission where such permission is required.

17. Website Use

Visitors are expected to use the Learn Quran Easy website in a lawful and responsible manner.

The website must not be used for activities that are fraudulent, harmful, abusive, unlawful, or intended to interfere with the normal operation or security of the website.

18. Website Information and Changes

We aim to keep information on our website accurate and useful. However, course information, schedules, availability, pricing, services, and other website information may be updated or changed when necessary.

Changes to regular fees will be communicated to affected parents or students before the new fee is applied.

Temporary technical problems, maintenance, internet issues, or other circumstances may occasionally affect website availability.

19. Third-Party Services

Learn Quran Easy may use or link to third-party services, including WhatsApp and social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, as well as third-party banking or remittance services for payment communication or transfers.

These third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. Learn Quran Easy does not control their independent systems, policies, availability, processing times, or privacy practices.

Users should review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies when using those services.

20. Children’s Enrollment

For younger students, enrollment and important decisions regarding classes should be made by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing appropriate information, approving the learning arrangement, helping the child attend classes on time, and communicating with Learn Quran Easy about important matters relating to the child’s classes.

21. Ending or Terminating Services

Learn Quran Easy may discontinue or terminate a student’s classes where there is a serious or repeated violation of these Terms & Conditions, including persistent abusive or seriously disrespectful behaviour, non-payment of applicable fees, or other conduct that makes it unreasonable to continue the learning arrangement.

Where Learn Quran Easy terminates a service, any applicable unused paid amount will be considered for refund in accordance with the Refund Policy and the circumstances of the case.

22. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable online Quran classes and maintain our website. However, online services can sometimes be affected by internet problems, technical failures, teacher availability, third-party services, maintenance, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a problem is within Learn Quran Easy’s responsibility, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, provide a replacement teacher, or otherwise address the affected class where appropriate.

23. Changes to These Terms

Learn Quran Easy may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing, website, class arrangements, or business practices.

When important changes are made, we may update the effective date on this page and communicate relevant changes to existing parents or students where appropriate.

Continued use of our website or services after applicable changes may be subject to the updated Terms & Conditions.
